Anti-Obama Propaganda: Trying Harder July 29, 2008
In the words of Linkin Park, the neo-cons tried so hard, and got so far, but G-d willing, in November, it won’t really matter.
Global Politician unfortunately is putting his best shovel forward in the right-wing feces-projecting match when it comes to our (G-d willing) future president, Barack Obama:
n the poll of Jewish voters (conducted April 1-30), it showed Obama getting 61% of the Jewish vote against John McCain (32%). Yet in the same poll Hillary Clinton beat Obama among Jewish voters 62% - 38%. So obviously Jews are lifelong democrats who will vote for Obama, whom they rejected in the primaries, rather than vote for McCain. Thus, for them, party loyalty is preferable to Israel loyalty.
Recently I posted two articles by Yarom Ettinger, former Israeli Ambassador to the US, The Prospects of a Palestinian State and National Interests of the United States and It’s American interests, stupid, both of which clearly demonstrate that keeping Israel strong is to keep America strong…..While most Jews favour Obama in a run off with McCain because he is a Democrat, they ignore how pro-Palestinian and anti-American he is.
Anti-American. This about a man who has done nothing but prove his patriotism from day one, defending his affinity for the country of his citizenship in the face of every flag-pin naysayer.
It’s almost embarrassing at this point — to watch pundits who should be esteemed drop ideological trou in full view of the entire Internet. Mr. Belman in the GlobalPolitician article accuses Obama of everything from an Al-Aqsa Martyr’s Brigade endorsement to everything short of all-out racism.
Perhaps it’s because the neo-cons have nothing to say that they’re rehashing already-disproven points, perhaps their vitriol is actually born from a genuinely pro-American concern. Regardless, I feel we have only begun to see the beginning of drivvel, and Democrats have to, unfortunately, brace themselves for an unprecedented onslaught of misinformation. Perhaps this would not be happening if Obama were John Edwards. Or Hillary. But now that the right has shown their “We’re-glue-everything-we-say-will-stick” MO, I fear Dems will only be in for the months-long broken record we have been subjected to thus far.
Could anything serve as better proof to Obama’s conention that America needs change?

Obama could stop all this by allowing people to question him, his family and his religion, as well as the endorsement of Ayers, Reznik and the remainder of the Weather Underground…..
His supporters can attack McCain’s wife for her previous addiction to prescription drugs, his flip flops and his reversal on tax cuts, but Obama claims that any time some one questions him, it is “racism” “small mindedness” and other such name calling.
Remember when Obama said he believed that small town people clung to guns and religion in fear, and he wants to force states to repeal CCW in all states that currently allow it… yet in the face of the SCOTUS decision, all of a sudden guns are ok and now he regularly goes to church, when he didn’t for 20 years as a member of Wright’s church? Because if he did go there regularly, he would have heard the desparaging remarks against America, and the he would be forced to explain why he didn’t disagree….
So perhaps if Obama explained what kind of change he wanted to create, we could examine it on a logical basis, but change for changes sake is stupid…. We need answers. Until he explains his actual polices and stops spewing his platitudes and meaningless speeches of how “we are all citizens of the world”, I for one can not vote for him…. And that is not because I am racist or a hate monger or a neo-con, it is because he won’t explain himself. or his positions.
Explain his religion? You arent one of those who think he is a closet Muslim do you?
I dont think people should question him about “his religion” anymore than they should question Lieberman about his.
I do not believe he is a Muslim, closet or otherwise…. I do know he attended a Church that preached Black Liberation Theology, which is a mixture of racism, Marxism and Christianity.
And it is appropriate to question a politician’s religion and beliefs when he running for an office… A persons system of morals and ethics explains how their mind thinks. A person who believes that Armageddon is immanent will take a vastly different approach to a political problem than one who believes that humanity is nothing more than a collection of proteins.
I did question Lieberman on his religion… I actually had a chance to meet him. Because of his answers, I chose not to vote for the Gore/Lieberman ticket in 2000. I realized that for the sake of political expediency he was willing to disregard parts of his faith, and that therefore his faith was not as important to him as his political aspirations. I could not in conscience vote for a candidate like that, and I actively campaigned against him.
I would like one member of the MSM to question his belief structure, as it is important and integral to his character.

Obama has not been forthright in telling Americans who he is, who he has been associated with, or what he will do if elected. If the media had done its job in vetting Obama from the beginning … and if 18 months ago Americans knew what they know today about Obama, he would never have made it this far. I would be willing to bet that there are still volumes that we don’t know about Obama, and even more Obama is not telling us about what he would do once elected. We also don’t know where much of his 600 million dollars in campaign contributions came from … possibly foreign nationals. Obama’s donations are literally enabling him to buy the Presidency of the United States. And then there’s Acorn, and voter fraud, which all seems to be favoring Obama. A socialistic agenda will ruin America … whose 200+ year capitalistic ideology has made us the country where everyone wants to live … even at risk of life and limb! It’s pretty obvious that McCain loves America, not just in words, but in deeds that cost him dearly. I don’t mind some changes, but changing our entire free enterprise system for socialism is NOT change I can believe in. I don’t trust Obama. I think he will say or do anything to get elected. These are just some of the reasons I’m voting for McCain/Palin on November 4th.
